Croatian Association for Project Management – IPMA Hrvatska with International Project Management Association (IPMA) and regional IPMA Central, South-East Europe (SENET) network in cooperation with University of Zagreb, Faculty of Civil Engineering and buildingSMART Croatia is proud to invite you to the 6th IPMA SENET Project Management Conference under the theme:
Digital Transformation and Sustainable Development in Project Management
Conference topics include, but are not limited to:
1. Digital transformation and strategic planning and approaches
2. Digital transformation, competence development and education technologies
3. Digital transformation and managing project teams
4. Smart technologies, technical solutions, and artificial intelligence
Important submission dates:
Authors are invited to submit abstracts written in English within 250 words relating to the conference topics. Abstracts should include the full title of the paper and provide a brief and comprehensive summary stating the purpose, content, and conclusions of the manuscript, supported by 3-7 key words.
All contributions must be of high quality, original and not published elsewhere, or submitted for publication during the review period. A programme committee will review all abstracts and, if accepted, each paper will be undergoing a double-blind review process. All papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings submitted for indexing in CPCI (WoS), CNKI and Google Scholar.

About IPMA SENET:
IPMA SENET is a network of IPMA Member Associations from Central and South-East Europe that gathers project management professionals from Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Turkey and Ukraine. It was established in the year of 2000 with the aim to support the exchange of experience and proven practices in project management, knowledge sharing on the latest trends and solutions of project management collected through research and practice, as well as to exchange the newest information about trends and encouraging development of project management profession in the region.
Digital transformations in organizations are becoming increasingly important in achieving innovation, competitiveness, growth and strengthening market position, requiring not only modernization of processes, but also a change in organizational culture and products/services around new digital capabilities. Their successful implementation is often associated with a significant amount of decision-making at the tactical level done by project managers who have to operate within the scope of their responsibilities and be well adapted to work in a rapidly changing and digital environment, while at the same time focusing on the strategy and continuously delivering value to customers.
