Former Chairman of YC Latvia (2012-2016), Member of the Board of Latvian National Project Management Association (2016-2018). Actively participated in the organisation of IPMA YC global projects such as Project Management Championships and GeCCo, as well as project management events of national importance in Latvia.
Karolis Mickevičius-Mėgelaitis
Karolis Mickevičius-Mėgelaitis is a co-founder and leading partner at UAB “Ad projectum”, founder of ProjektuKursai.lt, adjunct professor at ISM University of Management and Economics.Karolis is a professional in project management area having more than 10 years of experience in business (IT, banking, marketing) and NGOs. He is interested not only in practical but also in the scientific side of project, program and portfolio management. Karolis holds multiple certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP)®, PRINCE2®, Scrum Professional (CSP-SM® and CSP-PO®), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)®. Karolis is also a co-author of the first English-Lithuanian project management terminology dictionary.
Andreia Henriques
Andreia Henriques, from Portugal, has worked in different countries and fields, around management such as sales management, quality management, financial consultant, logistics management, change management, and project management. Curious, hardworking, creative and highly motivated, she has done an international certification in coaching which helps her to deal and guide the Young Crews, as well as in work and her personal development. Within IPMA Young Crew, she started nationally in PM4ALL team, then internationally as PM for YPMY awards. Currently, as coach and mentor, PM for YPMY awards international and national.
Danijela Toljaga-Nikolić
Danijela Toljaga-Nikolić is a lecturer. Her field of interest is project management. She has gained a lot of experience in a project management field while was working as a project associate, researcher, and analyst within projects in the Serbian public and commercial sectors. Danijela has coordinated a significant number of seminars in the field of project management, organized by the Serbian Project Management Association. She participated in organizing the IPMC 2018 by the YC Serbia and the PMC for several years. Since 2015, she has been engaged as a member of the Jury Committee of the Global e-Collaboration Competition. Danijela holds the position of Director of IPMA Certification for Serbia. From this position, she has a high level of knowledge and experience in the development process of the project manager’s competencies. She has published over 60 papers in national and international journals and conferences as a result of her research and teaching engagement.
