Rainer Svacinka

Rainer Svacinka is an IPMA Certified Project Manager (cPM) who holds an MSc degree in Food- and Biotechnology. Working for 13 years in Research Project Management and Consulting, his expertise lays in international research and educational project development, project coordination during the project implementation, and project management training. His focus is on projects funded by national and international funds such as R&D projects under the ECs Framework Programme Horizon2020 and Erasmus+.
Working for a consulting company, Rainer Svacinka supported several EU projects by either direct participation or as external project management support for projects. Since 2013 he supports Universities, research organizations, SMEs, and Industry in developing their research agenda and aligning it with H2020, Erasmus+ program, and national funding schemes. He is currently managing educational projects for the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU) and University Teramo in Italy.
Since the beginning of 2018, he is CEO of the sumo Technology GmbH which provides digital solutions and training tools. Rainer is an IPMA Coach and Mentor for young project managers, evaluator of the young project manager award as well as a lector at the FH Campus Wien and University of applied sciences.

Gundars Strazdins

Gundars Strazdins – graphic designer, freelance project manager specialized in events management. Former Chairman of YC Latvia (2012-2016), Member of the Board of Latvian National Project Management Association (2016-2018). Actively participated in the organisation of IPMA YC global projects such as Project Management Championships and GeCCo, as well as project management events of national importance in Latvia.

Karolis Mickevičius-Mėgelaitis

Karolis Mickevičius-Mėgelaitis is a co-founder and leading partner at UAB “Ad projectum”, founder of ProjektuKursai.lt, adjunct professor at ISM University of Management and Economics.Karolis is a professional in project management area having more than 10 years of experience in business (IT, banking, marketing) and NGOs. He is interested not only in practical but also in the scientific side of project, program and portfolio management. Karolis holds multiple certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP)®, PRINCE2®, Scrum Professional (CSP-SM® and CSP-PO®), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)®. Karolis is also a co-author of the first English-Lithuanian project management terminology dictionary.

Andreia Henriques

Andreia Henriques, from Portugal, has worked in different countries and fields, around management such as sales management, quality management, financial consultant, logistics management, change management, and project management. Curious, hardworking, creative and highly motivated, she has done an international certification in coaching which helps her to deal and guide the Young Crews, as well as in work and her personal development. Within IPMA Young Crew, she started nationally in PM4ALL team, then internationally as PM for YPMY awards. Currently, as coach and mentor, PM for YPMY awards international and national.

Danijela Toljaga-Nikolić

Danijela Toljaga-Nikolić is a lecturer. Her field of interest is project management. She has gained a lot of experience in a project management field while was working as a project associate, researcher, and analyst within projects in the Serbian public and commercial sectors. Danijela has coordinated a significant number of seminars in the field of project management, organized by the Serbian Project Management Association. She participated in organizing the IPMC 2018 by the YC Serbia and the PMC for several years. Since 2015, she has been engaged as a member of the Jury Committee of the Global e-Collaboration Competition. Danijela holds the position of Director of IPMA Certification for Serbia. From this position, she has a high level of knowledge and experience in the development process of the project manager’s competencies. She has published over 60 papers in national and international journals and conferences as a result of her research and teaching engagement.

Miguel Mercado

Miguel Mercado was the founder and first president of IPMA Young Crew Chile and finalist of the Young Project Manager award in 2012. Since 2013, he has actively participated with IPMA at international and local level in projects and events of IPMA Young Crew, as GeCCo as local. Organizer, International Project Management Championship America as Project Manager, Global Young Crew Workshop and local workshops, etc. Currently, he has joined YPMY as a judge, the Coach & Menthor Program and actively participates as a Board member in CCDP-IPMA Chile.
Miguel is an assistant professor of project management and other economics disciplines at the Faculty of Engineering of the Andrés Bello University (Chile). He has more than 10 years of experience in project management and has participated in many projects, for international and national companies and NGOs (hired as Operations Coordinator, Project Control Manager, PMO Manager, Coach, Mentor or Coach). He is passionate about promoting project management among students and young professionals.

Jose Alvarado Campos

Jose Alvarado Campos has been involved in IPMA since 2015, being one of the founders of Young Crew Peru, where he obtained the position of Chairman Young Crew Peru in 2016; during his management he coordinated and participated as a speaker in various Young Crew events in universities and institutions in Peru, achieving the expansion and strengthening of the association in 4 cities in Peru, which led him to become a Member of the board of IPMA Peru. As part of his management at Young Crew Peru, he has led and promoted various IPMA projects such as GeCCo and iPMC, being the pioneers with Chile in organizing the 1st Project Management Championship in Latin America.
Since 2018 he is a member of the IPMA Coaches and Mentors program, where he develops in a sustainable way strategies for training projects for the Young Crew of Latin America.
His professional activities include advising on project management with more than 04 years of experience in Consulting and Mining companies, he is currently working in the Project Control area of a mining company in Peru. He is passionate about the spreading of Project Management and its benefits, from a holistic approach where he seeks to integrate knowledge, practice and the human approach of this discipline.

As a graduate with over seven years’ of experience in management, I am excellent in working with others to strategically achieve goals on time and get into the details. Good experience coordinating and managing portfolios, providing clear guidance and leadership to the project team and ensuring that all requirements are fully meet.

Nina is an agile digital project and product manager and consultant. She holds a Master’s degree in International Business with Project Management specialization from HULT Business School. Worked with clients from various industries, from education to gambling, on various web and app development, data structuring, data visualizations, and data migration projects. Passionate about data and process improvements. Always having a big picture in mind, Nina enjoys improving team dynamics and keeping stakeholders satisfied by letting team members do what they do best.
