We have asked some Young Crew members why are they in The Young Crew. Here are some answers:

“I was part of the Young Crew to develop and promote project management for the becoming generation of young professionals. It gave me a unique opportunity to learn from different cultures and to network across borders.”
Andreas Perez-Madsen, Project Manager at Maersk (Denmark)

“Isn’t it amazing? Working in&with a team, learn about project management and finally understand that project management is a step to success.”
Cláudia Coimbra, Technical of Social Policy at Geoban, Santander Group (Portugal)

“It is the best global network for young project managers and the best choice for your professional development; a place where our capacity as young people in the professional management of international projects is proven… and it’s lots of fun!”
Byron Rueda, Project Manager at GLORSYS and President of Young Crew Guatemala (Guatemala)

“I joined YC because I noticed that it is a network in which we I can share experiences and thoughts, and where you can develop and help each other in your current or future career.”
Essi Rautiainen, Student of BBA, Turku School of Economics (Finland)

“I am a part of YC because I want to be surrounded by energetic and ambitious people, and also participate in creating a network of competent project managers. I want to upgrade my knowledge and experience constantly and achieve successful project results. I think YC can certainly help me do that.”
Gordana Blažević, Asistant Project Manager at Optima projekt d.o.o. (Croatia)

“To meet encouraged people with interesting and visionary ideas and the guts to put these ideas into action!”
Niklas Bein, Student of Business Administration at WWU Münster (Germany).
